ab 2019: Fock mit Reissverschluss erlaubt

Ab der Saison 2019 ist eine Fock mit “Reissverschluß” erlaubt. Hierzu die folgende Mitteilung der Internationalen 29er Class Association:

Equipment update.

Following the approval of the International 29er Class World Council to allow the 29er jib to incorporate a luff zipper the Class is pleased to advise that the new Jib with zipper will become Class legal from 1^st March 2019.

The timeframe in obtaining the necessary approval from the various bodies has been the reason for the delay in advising the members of this change.

The “old” jib will still be class compliant for all forms of racing.
