UPDATE: EuroCup #4 in Workum, the Netherlands

Registration for EuroCup #4, 30th May – 2nd June 2019, in Workum, the Netherlands, is now open at www.DutchYouthRegatta.org
EuroCup #4 is part of one of the biggest and most successful youth
sailing events in Europe: the Dutch Youth Regatta on the IJsselmeer with
some 800 sailors from 25 nationalities competing in 10 different classes. As a
29er team you will enjoy competing on one of sailing’s prime locations, the
IJsselmeer, one of the biggest fresh water lakes in Europe. EuroCup #4
will be sailed on our special High Performance Sailing Course with our
own dedicated raceteam of high performance course officials, churning out 4 to
5 great races a day, with a daily briefing from the course race officer for the
competitors.
It’s the perfect place to meet up with your sailing friends from the 29er and
other classes. But Workum—roughly an hour’s drive from Amsterdam—is also great
for kite surfing, biking and hiking, and exploring the Frisian countryside with
cosy (former fishing)towns and nice restaurants. Bring your tent, or rent a
cabin or a house at the venue and seduce your family to enjoy a lovely long
weekend on the shores of the IJsselmeer.
The Dutch High Performance Sailing Classes—comprising of 29er, 49er, 49erFX, Nacra 15 and Nacra 17—invite you to hang out at their own compound with tent, caravan, music and free coffee…
